I'm a Staff Software Engineer at Axelerant, where I lead teams building complex Drupal solutions for enterprise clients. With over a decade in the Drupal ecosystem, I hold triple Acquia certification and actively contribute to the community as a trainer and open-source contributor.

Beyond the code, I write about the craft of engineering leadership — how to manage teams, handle project chaos, and keep growing as a technical professional. I also explore personal development, book insights, and the quieter, more human side of working in tech.
